Save the Date: BBBBB 2026 — Bikes, Beaches, and Breweries

It’s that time of year again. We’re planning BBBBB 2026 — the Bikes, Beaches, Breweries, and Beyond Beach-cruiser Bike ride — and you’re going to want to be there.

What Is BBBBB?

If you haven’t done it before, BBBBB is one of our favorite annual traditions. It’s a casual bike ride along the Strand and through the South Bay beach cities, with strategic stops at local breweries along the way. No lycra required. Beach cruisers, hybrids, whatever you’ve got — just bring a bike and a thirst.

The Route

We’re still finalizing the exact route for this year, but the plan follows our usual path from Manhattan Beach down through Hermosa and into Redondo Beach. Along the way, we’ll hit a few of the South Bay’s best taprooms and breweries. Think ocean views, cold beer, and good company — all at a pace that lets you actually enjoy it.

Past rides have included stops at Simmzy’s, Smog City, and a few spots that keep changing every year to keep things fresh. We’ll post the final route and stop list as we get closer.

We’re targeting a Saturday in June 2026. Exact date TBD — we’ll lock it in soon and update the events page.

How to Join

BBBBB is open to all Strand Brewers Club members and friends. No RSVP required, but it helps us plan if you let us know you’re coming. Keep an eye on the site and our social channels for the final details.
