Brewer's Notes

Rives Borland’s Belgian Strong Dark that tied for Best of Show at the TVHA contest, earning 1st runner-up. An 11.5-gallon batch with a complex grain bill featuring American Two-row Pale, Wheat, Munich, Turbinado Sugar, Crystal malts, Special B, Aromatic, Biscuit, and Chocolate Malt. Fermented with WLP575 Belgian Style Ale Blend, with rum raisin puree added in secondary for extra depth and complexity.
