Brewer's Notes

Iron Brewer Round 4 winner, February 2013. Jim Wilson brewed this 8.25-gallon batch using the required Iron Brewer ingredients: Liberty hops, flaked corn, and coriander. The recipe also features orange zest at flame-out and the rare WLP026 Premium Bitter Ale yeast, which Jim acquired from White Labs. A clean, crisp, easy-drinking ale that took the Iron Brewer crown.
